The main goal was to assess the prognostic (relapse-free survival and general success) and predictive (pathological total response, pCR) values of CTCs (CellSearch technology) and bevacizumab PK (ELISA). Seventy-five patients were included. Away from all of them 50 received bevacizumab-chemotherapy and 25 obtained chemotherapy alone. CTC results were available for 60 customers and PK information for 29 customers into the experimental supply.
